Statutory Warranty Policy
At Skyview Motors, we are committed to providing a transparent and vehicle buying experience. In accordance with Queensland legislation, eligible vehicles are covered by statutory warranty under the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014.
Class A Vehicles:
Applies to used vehicles that are less than 10 years old and have travelled less than 160,000 km at the time of sale. Coverage applies for 3 months or 5,000 km, whichever occurs first.
Class B Vehicles:
Applies to vehicles that are 10 years or older, or have travelled more than 160,000 km. Coverage applies for 30 days or 1,000 km, whichever occurs first.

Warranty Disclaimer & Extended Warranties
Statutory warranty provided by Skyview Motors is supplied in accordance with Queensland legislation and covers eligible vehicle components as required by law. It does not cover general servicing, normal wear and tear, cosmetic items, or accessories.
All warranty claims must be approved by Skyview Motors before repairs are carried out. Customers are required to contact our team and arrange an inspection before proceeding with any work.
For additional protection, customers can choose from a range of extended warranty options offering extra coverage, flexible terms, and benefits such as Australia-wide repairer access and roadside assistance.
